Whatever your interest, there is a vast range of sporting clubs and facilities available in Alhama de Murcia. All of the contacts are Spanish speaking, although some of these clubs do have expat members. If contact numbers have changed, see the tourist office or ask in the Concejalía de Deportes and they will be able to provide you with new numbers.

There are many courses available to learn new sports or join in with keep fit activities. These are programmed quarterly and inscription is by the quarter. Programmes can be found at the tourist office or advertised at the main sporting facilities listed above.
