Ryanair adds 5 new summer flight destinations at Malaga Airport
There will now be a total of 89 places you can fly to from Málaga with Ryanair this summer
Ryanair has announced that it will increase the number of flight destinations and planes it has based at Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport this summer, taking the total number of destinations you can fly to this high season to 89.
Ryanair’s director of marketing in Spain and Portugal, Elena Cabrera, said, “Málaga is a safe bet for the company. We operate very well at this airport and the proof of this is that we have three more planes. In the last three years there has never been an increase like this.”
Indeed, three out of every ten passengers who travel through Málaga Airport fly with Ryanair and the Irish low-cost carrier is increasing the number of seats available to fly to or from the Costa del Sol airport by 19% this summer.
The summer tourist high season begins at the end of March and finishes round mid-October. There will be five new destinations to fly to and from the Costa del Sol direct this summer: Bari (Italy), Prague and Ostrava (Czech Republic), Bucharest (Romania), and Lodz (Poland).
“This high season we are focusing our reinforcements on the Eastern markets, which are experiencing significant growth, with increases in frequencies to Poland and Bulgaria,” Cabrera pointed out.
At the same time as announcing these new changes to Málaga flights, Ryanair has launched a three-day offer with discount fares from just 21.99 euros, which you can purchase on the Ryanair website.
